Bob Gene Hill

Bob Gene Hill,  63, died Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007.
Services were held Saturday, Oct. 27, from Faith Community Fellowship Church in Jackson with Donald J. Anderson officiating. Westhaven Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
He was born in Hazlehurst on Jan. 18, 1944, to the late Johnnie Mae Shannon Hill. He had two brothers, Arthur Lee Collins and Charlie Frank Hill and a sister, Luevinia Hill, who preceded him in death.
He married Betty Ruth Watkins and they had two children. He later married Mary Jane Burnley and had five children.
Survivors include: his wife, Mary Hill; sons, Timothy Rennard Hill, Joshua Lee Hill all of Jackson, Bob Gene Hill Jr. and a son in Killeen, TX; daughters, Pamela Denise Hill and Felecia Hill of Jackson, Theester Hill of Chicago, IL, Michelle West; stepson- Jeffrey (Charity) Burnley; brothers, Booker T. Collins of Seattle, WA, Charlie Lee Hill of Dayton, OH and Henry Earl Hill of Redmond, CA; sisters, Ida Mae Hill Joiner, Carrie Mae Collins of Jackson and Robbie Mae Hill of Dayton, OH; ten grandchildren.
