Davis speaker for annual NAACP banquet

The Hazlehurst NAACP Branch held their annual banquet Saturday, Nov. 3, at 7 p.m. at the Greater Damascus Outreach Center in Hazlehurst. The Mistress of Ceremony was Ms. Shirley Sandifer, Hazlehurst NAACP President. Attorney Carroll Rhodes introduced the guest speaker, State Senator-Elect E. Vincent Davis.

The NAACP presented Davis and Rhodes certificates of appreciation for their continuous and unyielding service.

Once again the Hazlehurst NAACP Branch, which is the only branch in Copiah County, would like to thank the members and friends for their continued support.
