Jerry Dale Farmer, Sr.

Jerry Dale Farmer, Sr., 55, of Florence, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2008 at his home. 

Services were held Friday, Feb. 15, from Stringer Family Chapel with interment in Old Crystal Springs Cemetery.  Stringer Family Funeral Services in Crystal Springs is han dling arrangements.

Mr. Farmer was a native and lifelong resident of Crystal Springs. He was a commercial truck driver and served in the National Guard. Mr. Farmer was a member of Harmony Baptist Church.

Survivors include: son, Jerry Dale Farmer, Jr. of Florence; daughters, Heather Grimes and Christina McAllister both of Harrisville; mother, Lona Farmer Davis of Crystal Springs; brother, Johnny Farmer of Crystal Springs; sister, Sharron F. Allen of Brandon; three grandsons;  and four granddaughters.
