Karsheika Pinketta Monesha Lashonaye Graves

Karsheika (Pinkie) Graves, 21, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2008, at the Louisiana Technical College in Baton Rouge, LA.

Services were held Saturday, Feb. 16, from St. Matthews M. B. Church in Garden City. Pastor Johnathan Smith officiated.

She was born July 31, 1986 to Lola Graves-Jackson and Gary Cooper. Karsheika graduated from Clinton High School and furthered her education at Hinds Community College in Raymond and Louisiana Technical College in Baton Rouge, LA, in nursing. She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Annie Mae and Worther McGee of Hazlehurst.

Local survivors include: maternal grandparents, William and Annie Graves.
