Willie Lou Forrest Ivory, 70, of Hazlehurst, died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2008.
Services were held Thursday, Mar. 6, from Greater Damascus Church of Christ (Holiness) U.S.A. with Elder Clifton Goodloe, Jr. officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery with Hazlehurst Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Ivory was born Feb. 3, 1938, to Laura Mae Harris and Jessie Forrest. She was a graduate of the Parrish School System and a member of Greater Damascus Church.
Survivors include: husband, Prentiss Ivory; daughters, Patricia (John) Brown, Joann Forrest, Theresa Forrest, and Jacqueline (Quako) Curtis, all of Hazlehurst, Dana (Cecil) Watford of Mobile, AL, and Joann (Joe) Adams of Pascagoula; sons, Dennis Forrest and Lonzell (Norma) Forrest, both of Hazlehurst, and Hollis Joseph (Gloria) McArthur, Jr. of Pascagoula; sisters, Wilma Barden Clark and Sally Harrison, both of Hazlehurst; brothers, Johnny (Barbara) Forrest of McComb, Larry Butler and Charles Ray (Emma) Miller, both of Hazlehurst; 11 grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
