Vietnam veterans may be entitled to service connected disability

Veterans who can document (DD 214) their military service in the Vietnam Theater of Operations may be entitled to service connected disability.

It is assumed that any veteran who served in Vietnam was exposed to Agent Orange. If you have developed any of the following diseases and have documentation verifying this disease, you should contact your Veterans Service Officer at once. The diseases referred to above are:

•Non-hodgkin’s lymphoma

•Soft-tissue sarcoma

•Chloracne

•Hodgkin’s disease

•Porphyria cutanea tarda

•Respiratory cancers

•Multiple myeloma

•Peripheral neuropathy

•Prostate cancer

•Diabetes mellitus (Type II)

•Chronic lymphocitic leukemia (CLL)
