Vondell Clements

Vondell Clements, 72, died July 9, 2008 at Hardy Wilson Memorial Hospital in Hazlehurst.  Visitation will be 5pm-8pm Friday at Harmony Baptist Church.  Services will be 11am Saturday at Harmony Baptist Church with burial in Harmony Cemetery.  Stringer Family Funeral Services in Crystal Springs is handling arrangements.

Mrs. Clements was a native of Smith County.  She was a resident of Crystal Springs and Copiah County since 1938.  She formerly was a secretary for the public schools.

She is survived by her husband, Dorian Clements; sons, Jeff Clements and Michael Clements both of Crystal Springs; daughter, Darlene Theriot and husband Mike of Crystal Springs; brother, Chester Bryant of Crystal Springs; sisters, Velma Touchstone and Hattie Davis of Crystal Springs; grandchildren, Kimberly Charlene, Toddy Rae, Marcie, Tiffany, and Stephanie, and great grandson Derick Claude.
