Billy Frank Burns

Billy Frank Burns, 63, of Wesson, died Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008, at St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital in Jackson.

Services were held Sunday, Aug. 10, from Rocky Hill Baptist Church in Wesson with interment in the church cemetery. Community Funeral Services is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Burns was born Dec. 24, 1944, in Copiah County to Marvin Burns and Bessie Burns Hyatt. He was a member of Rocky Hill Baptist Church and was retired from Kuhlman Electric where he worked in the shipping department. He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Wardell Burns; and his sisters-in-law, Belinda Burns, Lynda Burns and Jean Hall.

Survivors include: wife of 42 years, Ann; daughters, Lisa Case and husband Stan of Wesson, and Jenny Burns of Starkville; son, Jamie Burns of Wesson; siblings, Glenda Horner, Carolyn Goza, Melvin Burns and Carl Wayne Burns; and grandchildren, Kayla and Dustin Case and Orion, Blake and Matthew Burns.
