Shirley Gibson Sumrall

Shirley Gibson Sumrall, 74, of Crystal Springs, died November 14, 2008 at her residence in Crystal Springs.  

Visitation will be 5pm-8pm Sunday at Stringer Family Funeral Home in Crystal Springs.  Services will be 10am Monday at Stringer Family Chapel in Crystal Springs with burial in Poplar Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. Sumrall was a member of Crystal Springs United Methodist Church where she was the treasurer of the Jerry Lamar Sunday School Class.  She also played piano for the Jerry Lamar and Dorothy Alford Sunday School Classes.  She was a member of the Floral Club and the Art Association.
 
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Carol Ann Sumrall.
 
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Sumrall; sons, Bill Sumrall of Alexandria, LA and Glynn Sumrall of Biloxi; daughter, Penny Minton of Strong Hope; grandchildren, Nathan Minton, Allison Whaley and Eric Whaley.
