Katrina Singletary

Katrina Singletary, 37, of Crystal Springs, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009.

Services will be Thursday, Feb. 26, at New Zion Baptist Church in Crystal Springs with visitation from 4-8 p.m. and memorial services at 8.

Mrs. Singletary was born in Scottsdale, AZ, Sept. 29, 1971, to John W. Grant and Theresa Grant Tynes. She was employed at Faust-Arrington Insurance Agency of Hazlehurst. She attended St. Francis School in Bend, OR; St. Mary’s High School in Phoenix, AZ; Copiah Academy in Gallman; and graduated from Lawrence County High School in Monticello.

Survivors include: husband, Larry Singletary; daughters, Alexandria Marie Barton and Ana Singletary of Crystal Springs; sons, Adam Singletary of Hattiesburg and Abe Singletary of Atlanta, GA; father, John W. Grant of Bend, OR; mother and stepfather, Theresa and Thad Tynes; brothers, Andrew J. Grant and wife Julie, Scott and wife Terri Tynes all of Jayess; half-brothers, Joey and Ross Grant of Bend, OR; maternal grandmother, Margaret Kiseraukas of Phoenix, AZ; and paternal grandparents, Wes and Carol Grant of Queen Creek, AZ.
