Info sought on acts of vandalism

Over the past couple of weeks several businesses in Hazlehurst have had the glass broken in their windows. Hazlehurst police hope a member of the public will come forward to help them put a stop to this destruction.

The window breaking appears to be vandalism, reports Chief Byron Swilley. “They are not breaking in, just throwing stones and breaking the glass out,” he said.

The vandalism has occurred throughout the city and has not been confined to one area.
