Thomas Jerry Smith

Thomas Jerry Smith, 68, of Wesson, died Sunday, July 12, 2009, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven.

Services are being held Tuesday, July 14, from Riverwood Family Funeral Home Chapel in Brookhaven at 11 a.m.  with interment in Beauregard Methodist Church Cemetery, Wesson.

Mr. Smith was born Sept. 18, 19840 to Walter J. “Smutt” Smith and Marjorie Smith. He was a parts and service manager and a mechanic. A member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, he attended Beauregard Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Michael Joe Smith.

Survivors include: wife, Dorothy P. Smith; son, Corey Smith and wife Carolina; daughters, Kelly Smith and husband John D. Smith, and Marcy J. Smith; mother, Marjorie Kelly Smith; brother, Roger Dale Smith and wife Brenda; and grandchildren Joey and Suzanna.
