Beverly Jean Robinson

Beverly Jean Robinson, 54, of Crystal Springs, died Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, at her home.

Graveside services will be held at 10 am Wednesday, October 8, 2009, at Old Crystal Springs Cemetery. Stringers Family Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Robinson was born in Washington, DC and traveled all over Europe with her military father. She graduated from Wayne County High School in Jessup, GA and attended Millsaps College. She was a supervisor for the State Tax Commission.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Edward Harper.

Survivors include: son, Russell Robinson of Hattiesburg; mother, Betty East Harper of Hazlehurst; brother, Larry Harper of Brandon; sister, Yvette A. Harper Boyd of Florence; longtime companion, Lynn Sykes of Crystal Springs; longtime friend, Marsha Waltman of Bogue Chitto; niece, Amber; and nephews, Tyler and Mac.
