Richard Norman Odom
Richard Norman Odom, 68, of Hazlehurst, died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009, at Pine Crest Rest Home.
Visitation will be Thursday, Dec. 17, at Galilee Baptist Church, Rockport from 5-8 p.m Services will be held Friday, Dec. 18, from Galilee Baptist Church, Rockport, with interment in the church cemetery.
Mr. Odom was born Dec. 19, 1946, in Copiah County to Lloyd Odom and Stella Beasley Odom. A member of the National Guard, he was disabled.
Survivors include: wife, Gail Odom; son, Richard Buckley; daughters, Lorece Hamilton, Janice Short, Wendy Toledo, and Lynn Loungo; brothers, Sammy Odom, Bobby Odom, and Sherrill Odom; and eight grandchildren.
