Jimmy Roberts

Jimmy Harold Roberts, 56, of Hazlehurst, died Monday, February 1, 2010 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. 

Visitation will be 5pm-8pm Tuesday, February 2, at Stringer Family Funeral Home in Hazlehurst.  Services will be 2pm Wednesday, February 3,  from  Zion Hill Baptist Church with interment in Strong Hope Cemetery.  Stringer Family Funeral Services in Hazlehurst is handling arrangements.

Mr. Roberts was a native and lifelong resident of Copiah County.  He worked at Beall’s Body Shop for 23 years.  He was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church.  He enjoyed drag racing and Hot Rod Shows.
 
Survivors include: wife, Rachel Long Roberts; daughters, Christy Roberts, Jonie Brewer, and Hayley Sandifer all of Wesson; brothers, James Roberts of Monticello, Glenn Roberts and Danny Roberts both of Wesson; sisters, Louise Granger and Shirley Granger both of Hazlehurst, and Betty Acy of Wesson.
