Callie Berry
Callie Brister Berry, 96, formerly of Crystal Springs, died Sunday, November 7, 2010 at Camelia Hospice in Biloxi.
Visitation will be 12pm-2pm Wednesday at Stringer Family Funeral Home in Crystal Springs. Services will be 2pm Wednesday at Stringer Family Chapel with burial in Harmony Cemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Services in Crystal Springs is handling arrangements.
Mrs. Berry was a native of the Hopewell community and was a member of Harmony Baptist Church. She lived in Copiah County all of her life except for 4 years that she lived in Natchez and moved to Biloxi in 2009 where she was a member of First Baptist Church.
She is survived by son Von Brister and wife Peggy of Biloxi; sister, Gertrude
Wilkinson of Hopewell; two grandchildren, Dawn Jones and Donna Walker; two step grandchildren Mike Houston and Eagle Houston; 8 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
