Lakeisha Drew, charged with felony bad check, pled to misdemeanor bad check, 6 months CCSO, defendant to pay, prior to release, $234.00 in court costs, a $40.00 bond fee, $500.00 fine and $148.58 restitution to Supervalu. Court retains jurisdiction for one  year.
Marquita Catchings charged with fraud (2 counts), pled to 2, fraud, one count dismissed, sentence one year MDOC; court retains jurisdiction of this matter for a period of one year.
Sentonio Holloway charged with burglary of dwelling and conspiracy to commit the crime of burglary of dwelling, pled to one (1) count burglary of dwelling; dismissed two (2) counts; sentenced to four (4) years MDOC; count retains jurisdiction of this matter for a period of one year. Nov. 22, motion for reconsideration of sentence by defendant. Court granted motion and parties to present an agreed order.
Christopher Dewayne Watson charged with burglary of dwelling and conspiracy to commit the crime of burglary of dwelling; pled to count 1, burglary of dwelling; sentenced to five years MDOC, with defendant given credit for all time served as to the charges arising from the indictment herein, and court retains jurisdiction of this matter for a period of one year. Nov. 22, motion for reconsideration of sentence by defendant. Court granted motion and parties to present an agreed order.
Steven Ladelee Smith charged with burglary of a dwelling and conspiracy to commit the crime of burglary of dwelling; pled to count 1, lesser included offense of burglary of a building; sentenced to four years MDOC, suspended for three years non-adjudicated, non-reporting probation; defendant to immediately pay $408.50 in court costs, a $110.00 bond fee, and $250.00 in restitution to Lorene Williams. Court reserves jurisdiction of this matter for a period of one year.
Janeko Smith charged with burglary of dwelling and conspiracy to commit the crime of burglary of dwelling; pled to count 1, lesser included offense of burglary of a building, dismissed count 2; sentenced to four years MDOC, suspended for three years non-adjudicated, non-reporting probation; defendant to immediately pay $408.50 in court costs, a $110.00 bond fee, and $250.00 in restitution to Lorene Williams, court reserves jurisdiction of this matter for a period of one year.
Jamareel Anderson charged with burglary of dwelling and conspiracy to commit burglary of dwelling; bench warrant issued on August 16, with final judgement NISI, signed on November 16.
Shanell Michelle Robertson charged with possession of stolen property and conspiracy to commit the crime of possession of stolen property; bench warrant issued on August 16; final judgment NISI, signed on November 16.
Ronnie Smith, charged with burglary of dwelling (3 counts); Defendant’s motion for psychiatric examination, agreed order for mental evaluation on 7-19. Dr. Lott determined that defendant was incompetent and recommended institutionalizing. State and defendant’s attorney to confer and determine resolution. At status hearing on 9-20-2010, defendant’s counsel and district attorney to work on commitment to Regoin 8, Ellisville State School or Boswell.
Antwaine Maurice Liddell charged with sale of crack cocaine (enhanced) and conspiracy to commit the crime of sale of crack cocaine; pled to count 2, conspiracy to commit the crime of sale of crack cocaine; dismiss count 1; sentenced to five years MDOC.
 Larry Joe Lewis charged with possession of precursors (enhanced); dismissed on Nov. 3.
Russell Girault charged with possession of precursors (enhanced) as an habitual criminal and conspiracy to commit the crime of possession of precursors (enhanced); pled to count 1, possession of precursors (drop enhancement and not as an habitual); dismissed count 2; sentenced to six years, serve the first three years, the remainder on Post Release Supervision, and credit for all time served on these charges; defendant to pay, prior to release, $408.50 court costs, a $810.00 bond fee, and a $2,800.00 fine; defendant to forfeit all properties in Copiah County Civil Action 2010-0353, to Copiah County.

Na’lm Rahmaam Harrison charged with manufacture of less than 30 grams of marihuana; pled to manufacture of less than an ounce of marijuana; sentenced to three years MDOC, suspended for three years non-adjudicated, non-reporting probation; defendant to immediately pay $408.50 in court costs, a $210.00 bond fee, and $3,000.00 in fine.
Cedric Leo Barber charged with manufacture of less than 30 grams of marijuana; pled on Nov. 3; sentenced to three years MDOC, suspended for three years non-adjudicated, non-reporting probation; defendant to immediately pay $408.50 in court costs, a $210.00 bond fee, and $2,000.00 in fine.
Latoya Patrice Collins charged with credit card fraud; dismissed Nov. 3; defendant entered into the D. A.’s pre-trial diversion program.
Corey Antwon Sanders charged with possession of a weapon by a felon as an habitual criminal; pled Nov. 3; sentenced to one year MDOC, for time served; defendant to immediately pay $408.50 in court costs and a $1,500.00 fine.
Justin Barron charged with murder; continued omnibus/plea continued to Jan. 8, 2011 trial continued to Jan. 8.
Madeline Winternheimer charged with felonious child abuse; pled Nov. 3, sentenced to 12 years MDOC; defendant to be psychologically evaluated and to receive all psychological and psychiatric and anger management treatment deemed necessary by MDOC.
Kelvin Roshawn Flowers charged with statutory rape and touching, handling and fondling for lustful purposes; continued.
Leon Payton charged with grand larceny; pled on Nov. 8; sentenced to seven years MDOC.
Allen Jordan charged with burglary of building; pled Nov. 10; sentenced three years MDOC; defendant to successfully complete MDOC A & D Treatment program.
Donald Allen, Jr., charged with burglary of building, conspiracy to commit the crime of burglary of a building and burglary of dwelling; pled to count 1, burglary of building; dismissed counts 2 and 2; sentenced to four years Regimented Inmate Discipline Program; defendant to pay, prior to release, $408.50 in court costs, and a $1,500.00 fine, and if said monies are not paid prior to release, defendant to attend MDOC Restitution Center, there to remain until all fines and fees are paid in full.
Allen Jordan charged with burglary of building; pled; sentenced to 3 years MDOC, defendant to successfully complete MDOC A&D Treatment program.

Deshawn Reed charged with burglary of auto (3 counts); pled to count 1, burglary of auto; dismissed counts 2 and 3; sentenced five years Regimented Inmate Discipline Program; defendant to pay prior to release, $408.50 in court costs and a $1,500.00 fine, and if said monies are not paid prior to release, defendant to attend MDOC Restitution Center, there to remain until all fines and fees are paid in full.
