In the men’s game, sophomore Marcus Hooten scored a game-high 27 points and pulled down 8 rebounds to lead the Co-Lin Wolves to a 82-75 win.

After leading 31-29 at the half, the Lady Wolves outscored Delgado 17-2 in the first five minutes of the second half to take a 48-31 lead.
Freshman Ann Shelby Davis hit a trey with 6:04 left in the game to give Co-Lin their largest lead at 72-40.
Sophomore Brandi Simmons led the way for Co-Lin with 16 points and 8 rebounds. Paige Webster and Davis came off the bench to score 16 and 10 points respectively. Sedreka Plummer chipped in 10 points. Freshman Keosha Bradley dished out 4 assists.
Leading Delgado was Shanquinta James with a game-high 20 points. Erne Snowden followed with 15 points and Claudia Tasker added 10 points.
Wolves 82, Dolphins 75
The Wolves improve to 5-5 on the season. Delgado falls to 7-6.
Co-Lin trailed by as many as eight points in the first half. The Dolphins led 29-22 with 4:14 left in the first half. The Wolves went on a 11-0 run in the final 3:21 of the first half to take a 33-29 at halftime.
Delgado’s Joshua Major hit a trey at the 17:36 mark in the second half to tie the game at 38-all. That would be the closest the Dolphins would come.
Ernest Wafer added 21 points, pulled down 7 rebounds, and dished out 5 assists for Co-Lin. TJ Kosile chipped in 13 points and 6 rebounds.
The Dolphins were led by Renard Smith with 23 points. Joshua Major and Rashaun Claiborne added 17 and 12 points respectively. Jauries Thomas led off the backboards with 10 rebounds.
