Lillian Armstrong
Lillian Thames Armstrong, 87, of Hazlehurst, died Monday, February 7, 2011 at Hardy Wilson Memorial Hospital in Hazlehurst.
Visitation will be 5pm-8pm Thursday and 10am-11am Friday at Stringer Family Funeral Home in Hazlehurst. Services will be 11am Friday at Stringer Family Chapel with burial in Sardis Cemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Services in Hazlehurst is handling arrangements.
Mrs. Armstrong was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Billy Brown Armstrong, and a son, Johnny Franklin Armstrong.
She is survived by daughters, Nellie Noble and husband Wayne of Vicksburg,
Jeannie May and husband Robert of Brandon, Margie Lassetter and husband Keith of Clinton, and Vickie White and husband Mike of Wesson; sons, Benson Armstrong and Jackie Armstrong both of Hazlehurst; 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
