Brenda Gail Bland, 62, of Union Church, died Thursday, March 24, 2011 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center.
Visitation will be 5pm-8pm Saturday at Stringer Family Funeral Home.
Services will be 2pm Sunday at Stringer Family Chapel with interment in New Providence Cemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Services in Hazlehurst is handling arrangements.
Mrs. Bland was born in Hazlehurst. She lived in the Union Church community all of her adult life. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Mrs. Bland was preceded in death by a grandchild, Sabrina Marie McManus.
She is survived by husband, Frank Bland; daughters, Sherry Eileen Braley and husband Scott of Wesson, Tracy Lorraine McManus and husband Scott of Pattison, and Lori Ann Chisholm and husband John of the Allen Community; brother, Ronnie Woods of Pearl; twin sister, Linda Dale Lewis of Martinsville; 5 grandchildren, Samantha Marie Braley, Candis Lorraine McManus, Tiffany Ann Kinstley, Sean Ray Braley, and Cassidy Brooke Kinstley; and several nieces and nephews.
