Election Day is Tuesday, November 8

Copiah County circuit clerk and staff are in the process of preparing ballot boxes for Tuesday election.
“We have spent the day getting the ballot boxes ready for delivery to the various 19 precincts located throughout the county,” Edna Stevens, Circuit Clerk.
According to Stevens, transporters will pick up and deliver the boxes to the precincts in time for voting for the general election on November 8. Voting precincts will open  at 7:00 a.m. and close at 7:00 p.m.  All voters are encouraged to get out and vote.  The state’s top leaders and posts in Copiah County, including Sheriff and Constable Post 2, will be decided for the next four years.
