Henry Carlisle
Henry Lewis Carlisle, 96, of Hazlehurst, died Monday, January 2, 2012 at Pine Crest Guest Home in Hazlehurst.
Visitation will be 1pm-2pm Wednesday at Stringer Family Funeral Home in Hazlehurst. Services will be 2pm Wednesday at Stringer Family Chapel with burial in Pine Bluff Cemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Home in Hazlehurst is handling arrangements.
Mr. Carlisle was a native of Wesson. He lived in New Castle, PA for several years. He moved back to Hazlehurst in 1961. Mr. Carlisle was a Baptist and a retired painter.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Parrett Carlisle; son, Gary Lynn Creson of Hazlehurst; brothers, Harold Carlisle of Lake and Hurley Carlisle of Richardson, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.
