Barbara Ann Hartley Drummonds

Barbara Ann Hartley Drummonds, 77, of Hazlehurst, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012 at University Medical Center in Jackson.

Services will be held Friday, Nov. 9, at 2 p.m. from First Baptist Church Hazlehurst Chapel with interment in Hazlehurst City Cemetery.

Mrs. Drummonds was born Oct. 31, 1935 to Colon L. Hartley and Ruby Strickland Hartley. She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dale Drummonds; sister, Frances H. Provance; and brother, Eugene “Gene” Hartley.

Survivors include: son, Stephen Dale Drummonds; daughters, Pamela Drummonds Verney and husband Jim of Alaska; and Melissa Drummonds Jones and husband Craig; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
