County pursues solutions for treatment plant problem

The Copiah County Board of Supervisors met on Monday, May 5 to discuss the status of the treatment plant and options for to meet and maintain compliance.

Ron McMasters, County Engineer, informed the board that he is evaluating the flow data at the industrial park to determine where the problems are. His preliminary findings suggested that there may not be a need to build  another lagoon. The problem may deal with managing the flow better.
