H. H. “Hank” Berry, Jr.
Mr. H. H. “Hank” Berry, Jr., 85, of Richland, died Monday, November 10, 2014 at his home.
Visitation will be 5pm-8pm Wednesday at Stringer Family Funeral Home in Hazlehurst. Services will be 11am Thursday at Stringer Family Chapel with burial at Georgetown Cemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Home in Hazlehurst is handling arrangements.
Mr. Berry was a member of the American Legion and VFW. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret Nelson Berry, parents, Henry Houston and Minnie Burkett Berry, and brothers, Gayden Berry, Burkett Berry, Burnell Berry and Welton Berry.
He is survived by his wife, Lillian Berry; daughters, Velma Dye of Florence, Rena Ford (Danny) of Richland, and Loula Kirk (Floyd) of Florence; brother, Carl F. Berry of Georgetown; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
