ILR SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT – The 2014-2015 Institute for Learning in Retirement Scholarship recipient is Bailey Warren. Bailey is the son of Cathy and Scott Warren and is a Freshman at Copiah-Lincoln Community College majoring in Civil Engineering.
