Lady Indians finish third in Region 7-3A tourney; qualify for state 3As

The Hazlehurst Lady Indians finished district captured third place in Region 7-3A regular season with a 5-5 record.
The district tournament was held at Wilkinson County last week. Faced off with the Lady Tigers of Crystal Springs on Tuesday. Hazlehurst built an early double-digit lead and never looked back. The Lady Indians eventually doubled Crystal Springs, winning 44-22.
