Hugh Brower Hartley
Hugh Brower Hartley, 91, of Hazlehurst, died Monday, May 4, 2015 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center.
Visitation will be 9am-11am Friday at Stringer Family Funeral Home in Hazlehurst. Services will be 11am Friday at Stringer Family Chapel with burial at Providence Cemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Home in Hazlehurst is handling arrangements.
Mr. Hartley served in the Navy during WWII on the USS Curtis. He was a Boy Scout leader.
He is survived by his wife, Edith Hartley; sons, Richard Hartley and Van Hartley (Donna) all of Anchorage, AK; daughters, Valis Hartley of Vancouver, WA, Stephanie Inguagiato (Tom) of Madisonville, LA, Connie Ettinger of Salem, OR and Kattie Young of Eugene, OR; 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
