Indians ready for new season

The Hazlehurst Indian football team worked hard for head coach Todd McDaniel during spring training over the past few weeks. The results of the hard work were evident in last Friday’s spring jamboree at Loyd Star. The Indians faced off against Raymond and Lawrence County. The stellar defense of Hazlehurst held Raymond scoreless for the half, while the offense came together and scored after a few sustained drives. The Indians also put together a good half of football against Lawrence County.
