Teen summer reading program at Covington Memorial Library

Teens are encouraged to participate in “Unmasked!”, the Hazlehurst Library’s teen summer reading program on Fridays, July 10, 17, 24, and 31. Teens are invited to come to the library and take part in the special events offered throughout the month of July, as well as read for prizes.

Special events this summer will include Men and Women in Leadership Q&A, Dance/Martial Arts Demonstration, Bake Of, and Friday Fun Day with music, games and prizes. Teens can register to attend these free events at the circulation desk of the Hazlehurst Library. Also, teens participating in the summer program and the reading challenge will have their names entered into a drawing for a grand prize.

For more information contact Gusty Hilliard-Funchess at the Hazlehurst Library on Monday and Fridays, 601-894-1681 or at the Crystal Springs Library on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, 601-892-3205.

Don’t miss out on the fun at your local library!

The “Unmask!” teen summer reading program is sponsored by the George Covington Public Library, the Friends of the George Covington Library, and Spring Ridge Missionary Baptist Church (Pastor Perry May).
