VA rural health team at Wal-Mart July 7

The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center’s Rural Health Outreach Team will set up a mobile health clinic to provide health care services and enrollment information to eligible Veterans in the area.

The event will take place July 7 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Wal-Mart in Hazlehurst.

Services/information  available will be eligibility determination, registration, enrollment, MyHealtheVet, physical exams, patient education, Vet Center, benefit information, women Veterans information and more.
