Wesson, Shady Grove voting precincts changed

The Town of Wesson’s voting precinct is now back in the City Hall for the presidential primary March 8.  Renovation of the structure, which caused a temporary move to another locale, was completed in late 2015.

Also, Shady Grove precinct has been moved to the fellowship hall at Shady Grove Baptist Church because of construction of the new fire station, which has been the polling place for many years.
Voters who will be affected are asked to contact the Copiah County Circuit Clerk’s office at 601-894-1241 with any questions.

Circuit Clerk Edna Stevens also reminds voters that her office will be open on Saturday, Feb. 27 and again on Saturday, March 5, from 8 a.m. until noon for the upcoming presidential primary election to be held March 8.
