Lions Club Band receives first place at Lions Convention

Hudson Poole, recent Copiah Academy graduate, was a member of the Mississippi Lions Club Band, which won first place for the 15th time in 16 years at the 2016 Lions Clubs International Convention Parade of Nations, held this year in Fukuoka, Japan on June 24-28.

He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Poole of Crystal Springs.  He will be attending Ole Miss in the fall and majoring in music education with a goal of becoming a band director.
