Celebrating 50 years of Head Start

CELEBRATING 50 YEARS – The Friends of Children of MS, Inc. Head Start in Hazlehurst held a parade Friday morning, continuing the celebration of 50 years teaching and training children. Numerous parents and grandparents walked with their children around the town block from the fire department around Caldwell, down Gallatin and back to the fire department. Frozen was well represented with numerous cars and bicycles as well as a police car and firemen. A shout out to Dak Prescott, right, representing the Dallas Cowboys, was one of the many decorated riders.
