Elizabeth McDonald Middleton

Elizabeth McDonald Middleton, 88, of Hazlehurst, passed away July 12, 2017 in Brookhaven.

Funeral services  will be 12:00 p.m., Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Bethel Baptist Church in Hazlehurst, MS. Visitation is from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service, and burial will be in the church cemetery.
She was born in Crystal Springs, MS on September 5, 1928, to E.J. and Myrtle T. McDonald. She was retired from the Copiah County Health Department where she worked as Office Manager. Mrs. Middleton was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her husbands, Fred D. Heard, Jr. and Wayne Middleton; her parents; and one son, Billy Middleton.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Dale Heard (Ginger), Charles Heard (Judy), Fred Heard (Sue), Dennis Middleton (Tara), Danny Middleton (Pat), and Carroll Middleton. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, Hollie Heard Cook (Andy), Dave Heard (Brandi), Jess Middleton, Honor Middleton, Jaymie Heard (Amy), Kelly Heard (Brandi), Bethany Nations (Lane), Marc Middleton (Thea), Bailey Middleton, and Preston Middleton, along with seven great grandchildren.
