Celebrates 90!

Vernice Williams-Jones celebrated her 90th birthday on July 29, 2017. A celebration was hosted by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren at the St. James MB Church Fellowship Hall.  Numerous family and friends were in attendance. Vernice was showered with memories, music, fellowship and gifts. Special music was provided by Charles Higgins (soloist), Antoine Short (soloist), Rev. Noah Thomas (musician) and Antonio Maymon (DJ). Birthday proclamations were presented by Rep. Gregory Holloway and Mayor Shirley Sandifer. Dinner was catered by Ms. Glenda Bliss.
