Turnovers plague Colonels in 28-7 loss to Park Place

By Joe Coates The Copiah Academy Colonels turned the football over 6 times on the road at Park Place Christian Academy in Pearl Oct. 4, and the Crusaders cashed in the opportunities to defeat the Colonels 28-7. The loss dropped the Colonels to 2-5 for the season. Copiah sits at 0-2 in MAIS 5A-Dist. 3 with a non-conference game with Oak Forest Academy Oct. 11. The Colonels host River Oaks for homecoming Oct. 18.
