Copiah Animal Shelter awarded $2,000 Community grant

Copiah Animal Shelter, Crystal Springs, announces the shelter applied for and was awarded a $2,000 Community grant for New Dog Kennels through the Walmart Supercenter-Hazlehurst, Mississippi Store and the Walmart Foundation. The new dog kennels are for the new shelter building in progress at the 27084 Highway 51, Crystal Springs location. Copiah County Animal Shelter, Inc., is a nonprofit volunteer-led organization supporting Copiah County, Mississippi and neighboring communities since 2011.
