First Alligator Hunt in Pearl River Zone Postponed Due to Hazardous River Condition

Specifically, the September 9 hunt is postponed to September 23, and the September 10 hunt is postponed to September 24.  Permitted alligator hunts set for September 16 and 17 (Pearl River Zone), September 23 and 24 (Pascagoula Zone) and September 30 and October 1 (Pascagoula Zone) will occur as scheduled.  There are no additional changes to hunting hours, procedures, or regulations.  Alligator Possession Permits that have been or will be purchased by permitted hunters for the September 9 and 10 Pearl River Zone will remain valid for the postponed dates of September 23 and 24.
