Clark, Danise represent Co-Lin in National Tournament

 PLYMOUTH, Ind. – Co-Lin golfers Alex Clark and Justin Danise represented the Wolfpack in the NJCAA Division II National Golf Tournament May 22-25 at Swan Lake Resort in Plymouth, Ind.
Clark, a freshman from Hattiesburg, finished the tournament tied for 60th place (74-71-88-77 – 310). Danise, a sophomore from Ocean Springs, finished tied for 71st (7-78-81-76 – 312). Ryan Mulvany of Tyler (TX) Junior College took medalist honors with a 5-under 283 (69-72-74-68). Mississippi Gulf Coast’s Jared Smith finished in fifth place with a 6-over 294 (69-73-76-76).
South Mountain (AZ) Community College captured the National Championship title with a 1163 (294-284-298-287). Region 23 Champion Mississippi Gulf Coast finished the tournament in fifth place with 1200 (294-302-308-296).
Over 125 golfers participated in the four-day tournament.
Both golfers qualified for the National Tournament by finishing in the Top 5 in the NJCAA Region 23 Tournament held at Big Oaks Golf Club in Satillo. Clark finished the Region Tournament tied for third and Danise tied for sixth.
The Wolfpack are coached by Wolf Hollow Country Club Pro Ronny Ross.
