Dear named to Dean’s list

Rachel Blaine Dear, daughter of Dr. Theodore Dear, Jr. of Hazlehurst and Teresa Dyre Dear of Grenada, was recently named to the Dean’s List for the 2012 fall semester at The University of Southern Mississippi.

Rachel entered USM as a Lucky Day Scholar. A senior, she is currently a member of the Zeta Mu Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi. She was also awarded the Shoemaker Accounting Scholarship for the School of Accountancy, College of Business in the fall of 2012. She is a member of the Beta Sigma chapter of Kappa Delta sorority and a member of the Fashion Merchandising Organization.
