Mrs. Chess celebrates 100

Mrs. Lillie Ruth Moody Chess will be the third of four sisters to reach the age of 100.
She is the mother of Robert Chess.

Mrs. Chess was one of the original HeadStart teachers, and a volunteer worker with Hecel.
A celebration will be held Saturday, Feb. 23 from 1-5 p.m. at the Copiah County Ministerial Alliance building on Highway 51 North of Hazlehurst.

Special guest will be Sister Ora Lee Strong, who is 101.
