Providence Supports

PROVIDENCE SUPPORTS ‘50 YEARS FORWARD’ – Members of Providence Baptist Church traveled to Birmingham, Alabama this past weekend in an effort to support “50 Years Forward,” the year-long commemoration campaign of the pivotal Civil Rights events that took place in the city in 1963. Site visits included the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, 16th Street Baptist Church and Kelly Ingram Park. Providence is located at 8108 Highway 28 W and is under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Frank L. Curtis, Sr.
