Colonels fall to Bobcats, host Brookhaven Friday

The final score – Presbyterian Christian School 42, Copiah Academy 6 – doesn’t tell the whole story. Despite the lopsided numbers, the Colonels actually showed some improvement as they faced the Bobcats on Homecoming Night in Hattiesburg.

“We did some good things,” CA head coach Scotty Cline said afterwards, “but we did some stupid things too. We definitely improved from last week and played well – just not well enough to win. You take away a punt return, a big kickoff return, and a pick-six, and you’re looking at maybe a 21-6 game.”
