Sylvarena celebrates 116

Sylvarena Baptist Church was organized Sept. 17, 1898, and will celebrate their 116th Homecoming anniversary Sunday, Sept. 14. Sunday school begins at 9:45 a.m. with worship at 10:30. Guest speaker will be Dr. Jerry Barlow, former pastor, who will deliver the morning message. Rev. Ken Hedgepeth, Minister of Music at Zion Hill Baptist Church will lead the congregation music.
