Cobras knock off Jefferson Co.; face Bulldogs in Bude on Friday

WESSON- The Jefferson County Tigers traveled to Wesson Friday night to face the Wesson Cobras. Wesson was victorious with a final score of 33 – 16 over the Tigers.  
“I was very proud of our team’s win over the undefeated Jefferson County Tigers. Our guys battled the whole game,” said head coach Ronald Greer for the Cobras. “We are one step closer to our goal of making the playoffs and being in the hunt for the region title. We need to have a great week of practice in preparation for a very good Franklin County team next week.”
