Farmers market opens Saturday

WAITING ON GO – Vendors for the Copiah County Farmers Market are ready for shoppers at this weekend’s grand opening, much like those at the Farmers Market in Jackson this past weekend.

Ready for some fresh produce straight from farmers right here in Copiah County?   Local vendors will set up tents at the new location on Hwy. 28 across from Wal-Mart  in Hazlehurst, just east of the Waffle House, from 8 a.m. until noon, Saturday, May 2.  The variety of available items features something for everyone.
