WENT TO BOSTON – Students attending the Congress of Future Medical Leaders in Boston are, left to right, D’Quavius Tanner, DeArrius Rhymes, and D’Aundreanna Baker.

DeArrius Rhymes, eleventh grade,  Daudreanna Baker, tenth grade and D’Quavius Tanner, twelfth grade at Hazlehurst High School were chosen to attend the Congress of Future Medical Leaders in Boston, MA. The following is a report of their activities by Daudreanna Baker.

On June 21-25, we journeyed to Boston, MA. On this trip, I was a delegate to the Congress for Future Medical Leaders, along with two of my peers, De’Arrius Rhymes, an 11th grade student, and D’Quavius Tanner, a 12th grade student. The Congress takes place in various locations each year and is designed for nationally gifted high school students, who are nominated locally by their science teachers.
