Locals’ granddaughter presented at ball

The Greenville Golf and Country Club was the setting for the 73rd annual Delta Debutante Ball on December 29, 2015. The Delta Debutante Club was founded in 1942 under the direction of Mrs. Judge Rabun Jones of Greenville, with the assistance of Stuart Whitmarsh of New York City, editor of the Debutante Register.

2015 Delta Debutantes included Miss Johnna McAtee Jordan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Thomas Jordan III of Yazoo City. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Claiborne Harrell of Hazlehurst; and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Adrian Jordan of Yazoo City. She attends the University of Mississippi, where she is a member of Chi Omega sorority. She was presented by her father and her grandfather, Mr. Harrell.
