Hillman family brings ‘fresh’ to the Copiah County Farmers Market

READY FOR A NEW SEASON – Hillman Farms in the Crystal Springs area will have fresh eggs for sale at Copiah County Farmers Market beginning this Saturday, courtesy of these cooperative chickens.

The Copiah County Farmers Market opens at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, February 6, at the corner of Lake Street and Highway 28, across from Wal-Mart. Vendors   Doug and Tara Hillman operate Hillman Farms at 2116 Brewer Road in Crystal Springs.  They are bringing fresh Louisiana strawberries to sell at the opening.
